No-Wager Casino Market Report

September 2026 report

This is our first monthly report on the UK no-wager casino market. It shows what the market looks like now across the five operators we track.

We record the same fields for each operator, including bonus type, qualifying play, cashout limits, withdrawal rules and recurring 0x rewards. September 2026 is our baseline month, so this report does not measure change yet.

From October onward, each new report will be compared with the month before.

September 2026 Market Snapshot

5 Operators tracked
2 Broadly 0x operators
2 Mixed 0x operators
1 Cashback-led operator
4 Fixed free-spin welcome offers
390 Total welcome spins
Baseline month: September 2026 is the first full monthly snapshot in our no-wager dataset. Future reports will use this month as the starting point for measuring changes.

How the Market Is Split

The five operators do not all use the same no-wagering model.

Broadly 0x

MrQ and PlayOJO use no-wagering rewards across a wider part of their reward systems.

Share of dataset: 40%

Mixed 0x

Kwiff and Casushi have genuine 0x offers, but other promotions can still use wagering requirements.

Share of dataset: 40%

Cashback-led

No Bonus Casino is built around cashback rather than a fixed free-spin welcome package.

Share of dataset: 20%

This means a no-wager casino is not always a casino where every promotion is 0x. Some operators use 0x across much of the site, while others use it only on selected offers.

Welcome Offer Value

Four of the five operators use a fixed free-spin welcome reward. All four current offers use 10p spins.

Kwiff £20 nominal value
MrQ £10 nominal value
PlayOJO £5 nominal value
Casushi £4 nominal value
£7.50 Median nominal value
£4 Lowest fixed value
£20 Highest fixed value
Finding: the largest fixed free-spin welcome package has five times the nominal value of the smallest.

Nominal value is the face value of the spins. It is not the amount a player should expect to win.

How Much Play Is Needed Before the Reward?

A 0x reward can still have conditions before it is unlocked. We keep this separate from wagering after the reward.

MrQ

No separate fixed cash-play target before the 100 welcome spins.

PlayOJO

No fixed pre-reward cash-play target. The qualifying deposit must still be risked before reward-related funds can be withdrawn.

Casushi

£10 of qualifying real-money slot play is needed before the 40 free spins arrive.

Kwiff

£20 of qualifying real-money slot play is needed within 5 days before the 200 free spins arrive.

Finding: 2 of the 4 fixed free-spin welcome offers require a set amount of real-money slot play before the reward is credited.

Reward Value Per £1 of Qualifying Play

Only two current fixed free-spin offers have a clear cash-play target before the reward. This lets us compare the face value of the reward with the play needed to unlock it.

Kwiff

£20 nominal reward after £20 of qualifying slot play.

£1.00 of nominal reward per £1 of required play.

Casushi

£4 nominal reward after £10 of qualifying slot play.

£0.40 of nominal reward per £1 of required play.

Finding: among offers with fixed qualifying slot play, Kwiff provides 2.5 times more nominal reward value per £1 of required play than Casushi.

Cashout Limits

No wagering does not always mean unlimited winnings. A reward can be 0x and still have a cashout cap.

MrQ

Current welcome winnings are uncapped.

PlayOJO

The welcome rules we track do not set a separate fixed maximum cashout for the 50-spin offer.

Kwiff

The current welcome offer has a £250 maximum withdrawal.

Casushi

The general bonus rules use a £250 default maximum cashout from an individual bonus unless the specific offer says otherwise.

Finding: 2 of the 4 fixed free-spin welcome offers use a £250 cashout limit or default cap.

Big Bass Dominates the Welcome Slot Mix

The four fixed welcome offers use only three different slots.

Big Bass Splash

Used by MrQ and Casushi.

Big Bass Bonanza

Used by PlayOJO.

Book of Dead

Used by Kwiff.

75% Of fixed welcome offers use a Big Bass game
50% Use Big Bass Splash
25% Use Book of Dead
Finding: three of the four fixed 0x welcome-spin offers use a Big Bass title.

Two Different Cashback Models

We also track two ongoing cash-return systems. They work in very different ways.

No Bonus Casino

Pays 10% cashback on qualifying lost deposits.

The reward is based on loss.

PlayOJO OJOplus

Pays money back on eligible casino bets at rates from 0.06% to 10%, depending on the game.

The reward is based on eligible betting activity, whether the bet wins or loses.

Finding: the two ongoing cash-return systems reward different things. No Bonus Casino rewards qualifying losses, while PlayOJO rewards eligible betting volume.

Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal speed is not the same as bonus wagering, but it still affects how quickly a player can turn a balance into usable money.

MrQ

Eligible withdrawals are covered by a 60-second processing guarantee, subject to its conditions.

PlayOJO

PlayOJO aims to process withdrawals within a few hours.

No Bonus Casino

No Bonus Casino aims to process withdrawals within 24 hours.

Casushi

Casushi states withdrawal processing within 5 working days.

Kwiff

We do not currently record a fixed withdrawal processing time for Kwiff.

Finding: 4 of the 5 operators give a stated processing target or time frame in the information we track.

Time Limits Matter Even When Wagering Is 0x

A no-wager reward can still expire or have a deadline for qualification.

MrQ

The current welcome free spins expire after 48 hours.

Casushi

The current welcome free spins expire after 48 hours.

Kwiff

The £20 qualifying slot play must be completed within 5 days.

No Bonus Casino

Activated cashback is valid for 10 days.

These are different types of time limit. One can apply before the reward, while another can apply after the reward is credited.

Key Findings for September 2026

40% of the operators we track are broadly 0x.
£7.50 is the median nominal value of the four fixed free-spin welcomes.
5x separates the largest and smallest fixed welcome values.
50% of fixed free-spin welcomes require set real-money slot play before the reward.
75% of fixed welcome-spin offers use a Big Bass game.
2 different ongoing cash-return models appear in the current dataset.

How We Build This Report

We record the same core fields for each operator and keep a dated snapshot every month. We do not replace old data when an offer changes.

That means future reports can show real movement in the market instead of relying on memory or old promotion pages.

You can read the full process on our casino testing and methodology page.

What Comes Next

September 2026 is the baseline.

From October onward, we will compare each monthly snapshot with the one before it. That will let us track changes in welcome value, qualifying play, cashout limits, reward games, cashback rules, withdrawals and recurring 0x promotions.
